No, if you are already a Pro Member with us we have already enrolled you in both of our programs. Just use your existing login and you will begin to accrue benefits.

Our new Pro Perks program allows you to move up in ranks and unlock higher discount structures and better benefits based on your annual spend. A “Pro” is considered any account that places orders that total up to $9999.99 in sales in a calendar year. A “partner” is any account that places orders totaling $10,0000 or more in sales in a calendar year.

The Pro Perks program is based on Annual spend in a calendar year. As long as you continue to place orders, your discount structure will not reset.

Once you have reached the highest tier in our Pro Perks Program, all of your orders will be negotiated at special rate by your account manager.

If you are working on an order large enough to move you in tiers, please reach out to your account manager or the Pro line and we apply the higher discount.

Once you have hit the “Partner” tier, please contact your Account Manager to waive the shipping fee on smaller sized orders under $49.

All brands qualify for free returns and no restocking fees, please see details below:

• Merchandise must be in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories, and have no markings or writing on box.
• Merchandise must not have been installed or altered in any way, including cutting or clipping wires.
• No returns will be accepted for large quantity orders, made-to-order products, and custom orders, or large project quotes.
• Free return shipping is not offered on orders shipped to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska, or orders shipped via freight truck.
• No credit will be issued for any shipping costs (including expedited shipping fees or shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada).

That is the beauty of this loyalty program, there is no cap on how many gift cards you can receive! Receive a gift card for every action you complete/ qualify for.

Gift cards will be mailed out on the 15th and the 30th of every month to the address listed in your account profile. Your Account Manager will also send you a text message notification to inform you of a gift coming.

Please email your photos to rewards@1stoplighting.com. A rewards coordinator will review your photos and upload them to our social media platforms and include a shout out to your company. Photo’s must demonstrate the product's use or application, and should clearly show the product. Please note that by submitting any photos, you grant royalty-free license to Belami eCommerce to use and reproduce this material on our social media platforms.
